This will include a detailed look at how your technology is sourced, run and supported to ensure it is appropriate and good value for money.

 

The second stage will recommend any changes and highlight how technology could help you to reduce the cost of doing business, improve the quality of your products or services, or pursue new revenue opportunities.

 

Finally, Peter Earl Consulting can assist with the delivery of any changes with which you wish to go ahead, including planning, procuring any resources or new suppliers as required, and managing and monitoring the process.
